and the God who's constantly at work in our mess. I'm Jen Jewel, the host of this conversation-style podcast, which is partnered with Life Church Sisters, and typically airs a brand new episode every other

week, but as you know, it's summer. And summer means a change of pace and a little more go with the flow.

So whether you're currently working from home or the office, whether you're hanging out at the pool

or a snow cone stand, or road tripping with your people, or simply trying to keep your crew fed

and entertained and alive on these long summer days, wherever you find yourself, I hope you're able to lean into what the message Bible calls those unforested rhythms of grace.

That rest, Jesus offers us, even today, no matter your schedule, your status, or your specific situation.

What summer means for us here at the messy table is, just like last year,

we'll be taking an intentional

pause, not because we have to, but because we want to create space for what matters most. So,

there will be no new episodes airing in July and part of August. However, that means it's the

perfect time to catch up on those episodes you might have missed. Because let's be

honest, life gets busy and it's hard to keep up with even the things we love. So lean into that

grace this summer. Lean into what truly matters. And we can't wait to meet you back here in
