not exactly a man by its dog story. We know that, but the trouble is that Joe Biden's

unwellness, his obvious decline, tells us something about the broader Democratic party

in the broader left. This was Joe Biden's rousing campaign speech. I mean, this will go

down in the annals of statesmen like rhetoric with Winston Churchill's fight on the beaches

with Ronald Reagan's time for choosing and with Joe Biden's muttering incoherently.

Lonnie knows I believe this every fiber might be. We're posed. What I propose is it can

be done. I think we're in a position to really make it happen. And my team and your team
