If you've not listened to any of James' previous episodes, just go and listen to them.

In fact, Jody and I were saying that at the run show,

we just want James on every year because it's just so good at communicating what is useful

for people to hear. If you don't know Centurion running, where the hell have you been?

Probably the best race series in the UK for 100 milas? I have to say probably

because we interview other race directors, so I can't just say definitely. And also just someone

who is just wonderful to the community supportive. We've over the last eight years or so, kind of charted his

journey, the, the positives, the joy, but also the struggles of things like COVID. And so we

wanted to get him back on because it seems that an element of our race series in the UK are just collapsing around us.

And so we wanted to see how he's doing what his view on the market is.

And also try and understand how we can help as a community, as individuals, as a podcast,

to make sure that we don't lose any more of our races, basically.
