favorite systems of all times that I created for my business. And now I have Brittany here to

share exactly how she's taking this system and put it in place in her business. More details

yourself. Tell us a little bit about what you do and what you juggle on a regular

basis. Thanks, Chelsea Joe. I'm excited to be here. And I think one of the things that, one of the

things that I do in my business is I am specifically a nutrition and food freedom coach for

Christian women. So I'll work with women who have a lot of

struggles with body image and constantly worrying about things like dieting or weight loss or just

stress when it comes to food and body and tons of anxiety. So something that I get to do on a weekly

basis is meet with my group coaching program. and being in systemized to scale has been

hugely helpful for that being able to just structure everything and let my week run seamlessly

and smoothly. So I'm really excited to dive in to chatting about the internship today because
