On this Veteran's Day week, we welcome onto the show Colonel Eric Lopez. Eric has served in seven combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and has had an extremely decorated career in the military. He has earned four bronze star medals, has completed military training in multiple Army schools and has now launched "The Leadership Initiative" on YouTube, to help engage in discussions about leadership with community, business, family, and the military.
