Yeah. access more. Hello and welcome back to the Cultivate Podcast. I am so delighted to be sitting with you in my living room at my table, just feeling like you are right here across from me. So a little update

because we're friends and I want to share all the super exciting news in my life. As you know from the last

episode, I had just gotten back from the Amazon with Justice and Mercy International. But since

then, I've also taken another trip with them to Italy, which I know you're like, oh, wow, so hard.

Life is so hard for you. Going on a mission trip to Italy.

But I'll talk a little bit about that in this episode as we get going. But that was really great.

It was fantastic. But it's been so nice for me to be home. I am back with my nieces and nephew,

my friends. And one big piece of news is that I bought an electric bike.

So nothing like just taking the exercise right out of biking with a battery-powered quasi-engine.

It's pretty incredible.

Yeah, you don't even have to, like, sip water or get your heart rate up or anything.

It's just fantastic.

And, no, seriously, you can get some good exercise.

It's just all a matter of how much help you want.

But that's been really fun.
