Like I said, today we're going to talk about the power of clarity and how clarity really is power.

As we go through our busy days with family and our jobs and our social media distractions and so on and so forth and we try to maintain and value the important relationships in our life, we often encounter overwhelmed.

Now, or we find that everything gets muddied, which is why this conversation about clarity is so important, finding clarity in the different areas of your life and of course how to accomplish that.

So what is clarity? One definition is it's being certain or definite about something. Now the word purity is also used to define clarity, purity. So how do you gain clarity in your life if you don't have it?

I can tell you one way is to figure out what it is that you love and incorporate that into your life somehow because when you're doing what you love, you're passionate and with that passion comes clarity.

I also believe it's discovering exactly what it is that you want and why you want it.

Now I'll say this, you're not going to gain clarity by just thinking about it. You have to take action and be engaged.

And when you find something you love and your vision about it becomes crystal clear through clarity, all the fear diminishes.

Now when you get that clarity, you also get momentum and you'll find that you're like a train, one of those magnetic trains on a track where there's really no resistance.

Clarity also helps you with your focus and the most successful people on the planet are the ones that are the most focused.

When you find that clarity, you're also in alignment, you're aligned. And when you have clarity, everything seems to fall into place.

So how do you find that clarity again? You examine your life. Like Socrates said, a life on examine is a life not worth living.

You look in the mirror, you find your passion and with that passion will come the clarity.
