So you would have heard me speak about our next guest numerous times over the last few years.

Because I heard his story probably six, seven years ago, and we couldn't get in touch with him.

We spoke to Girl Redmond, who had an incredible story, not dissimilar as somebody who'd been to

jail, came out as a triathlete.

I then met John four years ago, was desperate to get him on the podcast.

Then that didn't quite happen either.

We finally got him, but he's coming to tell not only his story, but some incredible

charity work he's doing, connecting inner city kids with trail running in the UK.
