Genderism. This was legislating from the bench. It was redefining sex to give credence

to this whole crazy gender ideology. Now as part of the Civil Rights Act, it's hard to

remember a worse decision than this. Worst of all, worst of all here because this is going

to have wide effect beyond the Civil Rights Act, beyond Trans Genderism. This is going

to have effects on our whole judicial process and theory. Gorsuch defended his stupid opinion

with the judicial philosophy of Anjana and Scalia. The broadly speaking, what this judicial

philosophy says is that we should interpret the words in laws to mean what they meant

when they were written. This is very difficult for the decision that we got yesterday because

the whole gender theory that goes into this decision didn't even exist when the law was

written. There's no way to make that argument. This was a really, really major setback for
