I am on a shame. What about you?

So I'm still in Baton Rouge for the podcast today and

Last night I met some one guy came up and he said, hey, I just want you to know I'm on a shame

And I was like that's what I like to hear so a lot of different people that listen to podcasts came up and and talk to me

In his mind when he just zones out every once in a while

So since that was a chase I figured somebody else probably that listen to the podcast wants to know so where do you go when you just zone out
