dorky in the house all day yesterday because we decided to go to a mall what the hell is a mall and I try to tell my kids I'm like you know

when I was growing up we would hang out in a mall and I was all like proud to tell them a little bit about my life and they looked at me

they're like why would you do that and once again I had explained no iPads it was a it was a central location to run into some friends

run into some girls that you might have a crush on buy some cheap crap no concept and the funny part about it was that there was nobody

there I don't even know how malls are surviving in this day and age I mean it was the Smith haven mall if you need to know we took a very long

ride but we figured we we would do some you know some of that back to school shopping and just hang out check it out we do that a

couple times a summer and and I don't know I mean they got the giant macy's over there they got at least got at least 60 to 70

stores and then they got the kiosks and I'm here to say we're there from I want to say three o'clock to about 6 30 3 1 2 1 2

I know I don't even know what we did in the 3 1 2 1 2 1 2 but the kids were hunting for their funco pops and there's a lot of stores over there that had the funco pops

including new bird comics and I was thinking myself how how is this mall surviving there there couldn't have been more than 200 people in the entire mall

and you got to spread it out among macy's and then the 60 70 maybe maybe 80 stores and the kiosks like that no and no one was really buying anything everyone was just wandering around

do your kids know that your radio legend I talk about my past life let's call my past life I kind of get what my dad said

at the end of his life that he lived a couple different lives because my dad was married to his high school sweetheart she died at a very very young age of I believe a kidney disease

which is which is something you can live with more or less nowadays but it got her back in the day and he and he also lost two kids

then he turns around and he marries my mom and has I don't know seven eight nine kids and I asked my dad how he you know dealt with the loss of his high school sweetheart his first wife

and he he basically said that he looks at his kind of like two different lives he lived because he's like I can't imagine my life without you kids

you know the ones he had with my mom but he had to go through a horrendous tragedy to get to that point so that that's a little weird right
