I am Kelly Minter and I am sitting at my kitchen table and I am also just out of the corner of my eye. I'm looking at a very dead plant and it just,

I have to tell you, it just really took the vibe down and now I'm wishing that I had removed

that before I started because it doesn't look as

inviting here as I wish it did. I'm going to have to get rid of that as soon as this episode is over.

But, hey, I want you to feel at home. I want you to feel like you can pull up a chair.

And today, we are going to be talking about a really important topic, but also a difficult

topic. And it is the topic of forgiveness. You might be wondering why I chose that topic today.

And really a couple reasons. So one, it's just been on my heart. And it's one of those things where,

as I was praying about what to talk about and what to share about, and I was kind of going

through past notes and different things, this was just one of those things that I thought,

you know, forgiveness is something that stands in the way of not only healthy relationships, but it stands in the way

of a healthy relationship with the Lord and also with ourselves.

So that kept coming back around to me.
