to say that I wanted to talk about personality testing and here's the here's the

difficulty it first a little bit of history.

Anybody who has lived among men and women and who has eyes in their head knows that there are different kinds of people, that there are different

personalities. You could go with the ancient system of humors where someone is sanguine, cheerful up and down, dominated by blood,

someone is laid back, phlegmatic, dominated by phlegm

someone is

uh... uh...

uh... calaric

where they're you know agitated angry kind of person

another person is melancholy.

And you can say, well, here's the four basic personality

types.

And that has a long heritage, sanguines, cheerful, phlegmatic, laid back, caleric,

aggressive hard charging, you know, I know what, let's do things my way and melancholic introspective moody and and so on or you

could go with my system of personality division which I think is I think covers all the bases and that is to say that you're basically dealing with poo
