1:45.3	And this is the month where we celebrate Houdu. We celebrate the practice of Houdu being
1:52.3	congeivers and root workers. We celebrate our blackness. We celebrate our spirits and our ancestors.
1:58.7	The veil is thinning child. What does that mean? That means that the spirit realms, this
2:05.8	spirit realm is seemingly a little bit closer. So maybe our prayers are heard a little bit more.
2:11.7	Maybe what we want could be a little bit closer. And these dead people is real activated. You know,
2:18.7	this is the time where we honor the dead. We always honor the dead, but especially in October.
2:23.8	Obviously, we have examples of that from Halloween and Dia de los Muertos. And
2:34.5	even, yeah, so just a lot of days of the dead happening around this time. So, and then in November,
2:43.0	all Saints day, all souls day. So, you know, all of this energy around the souls and the spirits
2:49.4	and the saints is all around October, you know, fall time. So it's Houdu Heritage Month. So I
2:54.3	couldn't get too deep into the show without saying happy Houdu Heritage Month. Venerator ancestors,
