podcast. My name is Max McGuire.

Joe Otto is on his way to the studio running a little late, but we're going to get started without him and bring him in when he gets here.

Today we're going to be talking about the Fourth Amendment because it's not getting enough coverage in the media and it's starting to piss me off a little bit.

The media, at least the conservative media is covering the violations to people's

First Amendment rights, right? People being blocked from going to church, people being

blocked from peaceably assembling.

We've covered in depth the Second Amendment violations, but not a lot of attention has been given to the Fourth Amendment violations that are taking place in this country right now.

So we're going to do a deep dive into this, going

through what the Fourth Amendment is, what it says, and we're going to break

this down. So we're going to look at what the government is doing now and how

that runs into conflict with your Fourth Amendment rights.
