But I think it's really important for you to just understand what it is that you want and then just like don't settle.

And if you feel yourself settling, you feel yourself getting comfortable, make yourself uncomfortable.

And that's something I always do.

I always try to make myself uncomfortable.

I'm not pretty clear it's probably uncomfortable almost every day.

But that's how I know that I'm growing.

Because once you start getting comfortable and once you start settling, that's how I know that I'm growing because once you start

getting comfortable

and once you start

settling, that's it.

I mean, you're just there.

You're going to be

in that same situation

year after year after year after year.

That's something that scares me personally.

If that doesn't scare you personally,

then fine,

perfectly fine.

But, you know, if you want to grow, you can't be the kind of person that gets comfortable

with settling.

So the question is this. How do thought leaders, school dropouts, former and current students,

find out what's next after they do or don't cross that stage?
