And today we have a few things to talk about.

This is probably going to be a long one.

We have been a little MIA. I know we didn't post on Friday. We were in South Carolina. Um, we have real shit going

on in our life. Just like you guys do. We don't just sit around and podcast all day. You guys think

that's all our whole life. It's not. All right. Calm down right calm down sorry guys so some of you may not really

know us and um Austin owns a lean lean kitchen company which is a franchise company that um

you can go ahead and talk about it I guess I don't need to talk about it we just got some businesses

yeah but I'm trying to explain where we were. We were visiting store owners.

Oh my gosh. Okay, so we own a company called Lean Kitchen. We franchised it in 2018.

It's a meal prep company, so we do all fresh. No, no, no, you had your chance. We do all fresh

prepared meals. They taste amazing. They're healthy. You could stop in. You can grab one meal.

You can get all your meals for the week delivered to your house if you're in an area of a lean kitchen. And so we have several locations around the country. And so we were visiting some franchise owners who own, we're visiting actually multiple different franchises owners. We're kind of traveling throughout a couple states there in the south. So anyways, we were visiting them.

It was fun.

We were super busy.

We were on the road a lot.

I was on the phone constantly.

And so we never had time to record.
