Damien Faye and me, Andy Licks. Damien, welcome back. How are you doing? I'm anxious, Andy,

if I'm honest. Anybody who's listened to the podcast long enough will know that, unfortunately,

I am cursed with being a Tottenham fan. And so today today if you'll listen to this podcast as it's published

then we're going to be finding out whether Spurs get relegated into the championship and if you'd

been speaking to me about football in the last well I'd say certainly since the turn of the year I've

been pretty convinced that spurs are going to get relegated. I think we're probably

the worst team in the league. And we seem to be possibly heading that way. They looked like there

was going to be an escape. But anyway, Andy, I'm anxious. So those of you listen to the podcast

will probably know whether Spurs survived or not.

So, yeah, I'm slightly anxious, Andy, but what will be will be.

So there's been a new piece of research on the 4% rule and I want to revisit it.

Pull together some of the other past pieces we've done on the 4% rule and whether it is really sustainable,

taking into account what's going on in markets in recent years and there's some really interesting insight into the asset allocation

that leads to a sustainable withdrawal rate and I'm going to tell you what that sustainable rate
