I've been better, Andy. I had a disaster this week. So if you're watching this podcast, Andy's going to show a clip. I don't mind him sharing it. And if you're listening to it, just in audio, you're going

to hear what happened. But on, I think it was last Thursday, I was in my house working. I was

actually about to film something. And suddenly, my wife came running up the stairs and said,

there's water coming through the ceiling in the kitchen. So long story short, went downstairs.

There was water starting to run down the walls and didn't know where it was coming from.

And then it started to pour through the downlight. And there was a video which Andy will show

where you can see the water. And that water coming out in that video is after I eventually stopped the leak.

Now it transpires that the toilet actually broke upstairs. So when you're looking at a system,

it was the inflow broke for whatever reason, maybe age. And then that water, so effectively mains water was just firing down the back of

the toilet which was boxed in which was above my kitchen and it was just flooding into the floor

board so mad panic and I was running around trying to turn the water off and trying to locate this

league and stop the damage it still took me quite a bit

of time to do it i mean if we've been out i dread to think if we'd be on holiday my house would

have been underwater all my ceilings would have fallen down and really it just goes as a reminder

to people out there make sure you know how to turn your water off.

Now, I do, and that's because in the past I've had troubles in my last house.

I always, with aware, you should know how to turn your water off, but also, like the toilet

could be isolated and turned off.

So even though I had to go through the boarding, the boxing to get to where the valve was,

it's always worth checking how things are set up because don't forget, I moved into this house,

I didn't install the bathroom or paid to have it installed. So sometimes if you buy a house and you
