| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to another special episode of my time capsule. |
| 0:14.0 | I'm Mike Fenton-Stevens, and my time caption is the podcast where I talk to my guest about all sorts of things, |
| 0:20.1 | but primarily the five things |
| 0:22.2 | from their life, four they love and one they'd like to banish from their memory, that they |
| 0:26.5 | want buried inside a time capsule, to be opened either by them in their dotage or possibly |
| 0:32.4 | discovered after many generations, who knows, maybe by aliens. My guest in this episode is the broadcaster, |
| 0:39.8 | writer and poet, Robin Inns. We recorded this episode at the beginning of 2021, nearly five years |
| 0:46.5 | ago in amazingly a very different world. My time capture was quite new at the time, and possibly |

| 1:08.4 | With one of the most informed, fascinating and quite lovely men in broadcasting, |
| 1:13.8 | here is the wonderful Robin Inns in all his glory. Have fun. |
| 1:21.7 | Hi, Robin. Hello. How are you? You're right? I'm very much. |
| 1:25.7 | This thing so it's not blinding light. I'll put another light. Slightly broken. So it might suddenly fly up halfway through. Let's find out what happens. That's all right. Marvelous. Well, but then... Hello. See, but now you are... There we are. You are still surrounded with a, you know, completely against your wishes, a celestial light. Yeah. There's no way around it, unfortunately. I have the gift. I have a gift. They keep throwing the evidence at you and you ignore it. I think, yeah, I think God will reward me for having had to put so much effort into the testing. |
| 2:01.7 | There's no way around it. |
| 2:03.5 | Are you doing okay? |
| 2:04.5 | I know. |
| 2:05.2 | I'm doing very well, yeah, thank you. |
| 2:07.0 | Yes, we're sort of slightly easing, you know, but not a lot. |
| 2:10.8 | I've got my mother-in-law here, so we're being overly cautious. |
| 2:15.1 | Although she's terribly excited because I said, do you want to go to a |
