I know you've heard me say multi family real estate is a team sport and as a team sport you obviously need to be able to work together, right.

Now maybe you've heard this old African proverb and that is you go something like this if you want to go fast go alone if you want to go far go together.

Now the most successful multi family operators on the planet are the ones that put great teams together.

So here's a statistic also that you might find interesting and that is that over 90% of the world's millionaires have made it through real estate investing.

Yes, you heard me correctly 90% of the millionaires on the planet and they did it through working together.

That's what we call a clue, my friend. Now that statistic could very well be one of the most impressive statistics on wealth creation.

I've ever heard. So that's why it's important to learn how to work together.
