Well, it's good to be back because we did have a slightly impromptu break on Easter weekend. So we forgot to mention it last week, but we did have a mini break. catalogue now this week we are doing a bit of a scam special so in recent weeks we've done

quite a lot of heavy content so investment content we've talked about stocks and shares iSers and different platforms so We've done quite a lot of heavy content. So investment content, we've talked about

stocks and shares, ISAs and different platforms. So we thought we'd go and do something that was

evergreen but was related to scams because they are incredibly popular. But it's also seasonal.

So the reason for that is likely to be related to a New year surge of interest in money. So people focus on

their money in the beginning of a new year. And then as we approach the end of a tax year,

people also start looking at their finances. But then when we move into the new tax year,

I think people are slightly exhausted from looking at their money and then they start

thinking about their holidays. And I think that's the point where people stop focusing on their

accounts, looking at transactions, things like that, and they can let their guard down. So what we're

going to do today is go through a list of the most prevalent scams, not just investment scams,

all types of scams in 2026.

Okay, so the first scam we're going to cover is the AI voice cloning scam.

And this is where criminals will use artificial intelligence to clone the voices of family members,

but also friends and trusted organizations, things like your bank.

You'll essentially receive a phone call that sounds exactly like the person you're expecting it to be.

Perhaps they're in distress and they might, for example, explain that there's an emergency
