This week in the conversation, Cindy Threadgold is such an incredible woman.

I am so impressed with Cindy.

And a few years ago, she just got the worst news you can imagine that her son had

passed away while serving his mission. And I just can't, I can't even imagine it. But Cindy has

taken this tragedy and is doing such incredible work because of it. She actually documents all the missionaries who have lost their lives while serving

and has created a virtual cemetery and now has teamed up with an artist.

And they're doing so much to honor those who pass away while serving.
