How are you? Good, good. I've, um, we've not had a bad stuff. We've not recorded together like this because we've been seeing each other's faces too much. I know, exactly. All our, all our chat is gone. All I check, we have no chat when we've, when we've, when we've seen each other in person yeah i mean we were a bit late

on the roundups of what's got another run show or is it 2024 now is it 2024 yeah yeah so

apologies to be better it's partly been because of travel and family life and time zones

and various other things we haven't managed. Well, we've been, we've been, we've been, we've been,

we've been, uh, entertaining live audiences. And so unfortunately, unfortunately do bad as when,

when we're in front of a live audience, you, you, you get deprioritized. So I do apologize

that, but you just have to come and see us live that's it

although i've got to be honest given our performance of the national run show you might not feel

that they were the priority based on uh but actually this year was we've got the sessions recorded

and previously we've put out a couple of episodes, one with Sabrina, one with

James Dunn for our morning coffee run because we thought there were really good sessions

that they haven't covered before on our podcast. Actually this year, I thought there were far more

sessions that I'm kind of torn where there's an element of me that's actually we should do a

full podcast for this person. But there's also an element of me that thinks, oh man,
