Yeah. Access more. Welcome to episode 53 of the Cultivate podcast. It is springtime, and we are just a few days away from celebrating Easter.

And like I say, all the time on this podcast that if you happen to be catching up on this episode in July or it's about to be Halloween or whatever other part of the year it is, this is just as relevant for you today as at any time. This is all evergreen material because

we are right in God's word. But today, we are really going to be looking at the cross and at the beauty and the hope and the necessity

of the cross as we focus on Easter. So anyway, I just want to say hello. I'm sitting here,

as I often am right here at my table in my house. I'm looking outside and I am seeing the buds of spring. I'm so happy. I can hear

the birds chirping and the weather's starting to change, and I just couldn't be any happier.

I'm trying to think if there's been anything too exciting since I got back from the jungle

in the Amazon of Brazil. And I will tell you, I did have sinus surgery

in between podcasts. So that might be too much information to share on the Cultivate Podcast.

I don't know, but it is too late because it is now out there. And I am so happy. I can breathe very freely out of my nose, which again,

way TMI. I know it, but I'm feeling it right now. But I am so thankful for modern day

science and surgery, and I wouldn't want to do it necessarily again. It wasn't the

most fun few days of my whole life, but I'm on the other side of that. I'm really excited.

And maybe because I'm getting a little bit more oxygen, who knows, maybe you'll really feel

the enthusiasm today. I don't know. But so since getting back from the jungle, that happened. And also,

my nieces and nephew, they've been over numerous times. And after I shared the story about the
