Family, we are GOING THERE today! Please know that this episode is a labor of love and a passion project. I am not against social media. I love social media! I love the power of people being so connected. There is good coming out of social media. But I want to ask you some personal questions: · Do you feel better or worse about your life after your scroll on social media? · Do you feel better or worse about your body after you scroll on social media? · Do you feel emotionally full or spiritually empty? THAT is what I want to discuss social media today! Let’s just pause and evaluate. How IS social media impacting us? The answer is determined by you. Social media can tear you down or lift you up. No matter how much time you are spending on social media everyday, make sure you leave making the apps better than we found them. But its going to begin when we evaluate HOW we interact, HOW we feel afterwards we’re on them, HOW much time we spend on them, and WHAT are we doing to create the experience we want online.
