Hello everyone and welcome back to the Living Fully Podcast. I am so excited to do today's episode

because you guys had to say in this episode. I do a lot of episodes with other people. In fact,

lately I've done a lot of episodes with other people and then I will choose subjects every now

and then and I'll do them myself or I'll do them with Kyle. But you know, I get the same questions

over and over on Instagram and on YouTube and people will request things in my book that comes

out next year and I said, you know what? I'm going to do a whole podcast dedicated to questions

that you guys ask. So last week I put a box on my Instagram story and I ask people to submit questions

and of the thousands and thousands, the tens of thousands of questions that I received. There are

several that overlap and there always are. So I'm going to go through these questions and hope to

give you guys a bunch of inspo, a bunch of answers, just a really fun conversation answering these

questions today. Okay. So I'll begin today with a question that I've dealt with actually today.

So the question was and it was asked several times, what is your most challenging obstacle to overcome?

A lot of people said what is the most challenging obstacle to overcome? So I'm going to start with
