So you may or may not be aware that many multifamily investors that I've

interviewed on my show for example or that are in my mastermind or in my

warrior mentorship program they started out in this business investing passively in someone else's

deal as a limited partner or an LP. Now there are lots of advantages to starting that way because, you know, depending

upon the operator, you get, you can see behind the scenes as to how a deal is done and then also you know when you

speak to sellers and brokers and potential investors you can say you're an investor in that

deal so it can and beyond that it can even impact the interest
