I'm Jen Sullivan and my co-host today is Courtney Shields. Courtney is the host of the

podcast, Quartzide with Courtney. She's also the founder of Dib's Beauty, which I know you've heard

me talk about here on the podcast. I love their products.

I think if her is a bit of a dating and relationship expert on Tik-talk and

Instagram, I don't know if she'd agree with me on that, but she has almost a

million followers on Instagram and 585,000 followers on Tik-Tok.

And I met her last year.

We met to talk about Dibs, and we just kind of hit it off.

Our backgrounds and experience, and frankly, our personal style

are totally different. But I think she's an

expert at giving it to people straight without a lot of pretension which is kind of

my vibe too and she gives really good advice without feeling patronizing.

Plus she makes a damn good beauty product.

So going into this whole experiment with the guest co-host,

I didn't think I was going to have any beauty founders

be my guest co-host.

A lot of the people you're going to be hearing from already and who you'll hear from in the future are journalists,

authors, people like that. But I don't know, I thought it'd be fun to hang out with Courtney. I think you're going to enjoy

hanging out with her as much as I do.
