0:58.4	seen that dynamic and those are some of the best partnerships that I've seen in this business, frankly.
1:03.8	Now, like Robert and I, for example, Robert's CPA and he's done a billion and a half dollars with
1:08.6	the commercial real estate.
1:10.4	So that's also one of the reasons so many people join our warrior mentorship program.
1:15.0	It's such an incredibly diverse group of people and we help our warriors align with other people in the group.
1:21.0	So everyone is working in their strengths to build incredibly
1:24.2	powerful teams. Now we help facilitate those introductions and that team
1:28.2	building in a variety of ways. I'm blessed to say our students are
1:31.5	approaching 40,000 units owned so we're doing something right.
