One of the questions that I've heard over and over again, really not just for the past

10 years, but for my entire life, is why don't more black police officers speak out on

the injustices inside of their police department?

Well, you get a clue into why they often don't.

When you look at the case of a Louisiana state trooper named Carl Cavaliere, a young black

man who spoke out against the horrible police murder of Ronald Green by state troopers

there in Louisiana and is now being threatened with termination to be very clear, he has been

officially terminated, he is challenging it, but because he spoke out against an injustice,

they're trying to fire this man.
