Alright Kevin so we got a lot to talk about today.

The first of which is before we get into everything we are going to give our five things we want for Christmas NBA edition.

But before we get into that two big injuries that could switch the balance of power possibly in terms of seating in the western conference.

Blake Griffin with a quote minor knee surgery which you wrote about recently and then we got the news over the course of the last 24 hours at Clint Capella the outstanding young player for the Houston Rockets is going to be out at least a month.

Let's start with Blake Griffin you kind of wrote about how this could affect his free agency.

We've talked about maybe if you would possibly get traded even this year being in a contract year but that is a I would say a big loss for the clippers.

But over at least in the past they've sure they've been able to get by without Griffin.

Yeah you're right Chris they've played quite well with them that they're 41 and 23 since the 2014 15 season without Blake.

So extrapolate that out to a full season it's about 52 wins over a full year so they've been good without Blake.
