so that you can fight not only things that we have vaccines for, but all of the other pathogens

that we come across in our day to day basis. How do we stay healthy? Because as we know, covering

everything with medicine is not the equivalent of health. And we have to make sure we are proactive

in keeping the bodies of ourselves and our children strong. And that is not about what can we add

on top of it to sort of attack a disease once it's here or an infection or an illness once it's

here. Instead, we need to make sure that our body is in a position to handle without complication

the kinds of things that can come our way. So you've been asking for this episode and we are

going to bring it to you. We will probably have to do a few of these because there's so much

great new information as it results as it relates to this. Yeah, but first we're going to read some
