1:30.4	eagle's capital and he's a g and what they call J-Corps, which I love the name,
1:34.8	joint chiefs of real estate partners. So I know he's aligned with other other people in the
1:40.3	military, which is really cool, so we're gonna to dig into that but he's he's currently got
1:44.9	he's got duplex and some single family he's done a 16 unit as a J. V he's under contract on 172 unit right now and he's got limited partnership interest in another deal.
