Hello, Salt Strong Nation Joe Simons like diamonds we are back again with the

podcast got a special guest, I met him briefly at I cast through our friend Gary last

year and I Gary sent me a text and it's like, hey, I'm that guy in traditional.

He was like president of the ANCO and like, yeah, rings about and and now I'm hearing

what what you're doing.

I was like, man, he's been all over the place and was it pure fishing and just so much

experience.

And you and I got on a on a phone call and just started talking about just the industry

in general and there's so many people that I mean, and I get him, I'm sure you used

to get him and maybe still do, but we get him every week that want to be in this industry

whether they want to quit their job and they have a product they're already working on

or they have a prototype or they want to be a fishing guide or maybe they just want

to like figure out man, how do I land my dream job and finally just get in the fishing

world.

Mitch, I'm pumped to have you here with your German name on the dry's back, dry's

back, very, very, very, very German.

I guess it means a three brooks, you know, but I haven't that's what I've been told.
