is being ripped to shreds at the moment, dismantled by people who claim that they are victims of

oppression and persecution. But the oppression and persecution are imaginary. Their claims

of being oppressed and persecuted are verifiably demonstrably obviously false. So why is this

really happening? Why is our society, which is freer and richer than any other society

that has ever existed on Earth, coming apart at the seams at the moment? I want to spend

the show today analyzing that question. So that's what's coming up today on the show.

And the format is going to be a little bit different. Actually, I'm abandoning the format

completely just for today because I want to spend a good amount of time on this point,

fleshing it out. And we'll begin here. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar made some notable remarks during

a press conference in Minnesota yesterday. She said that our economic and political systems

need to be, quote unquote, dismantled. Listen.

As long as our economy and political systems prioritize profit without considering who is

profiting, who is being shut out, we will perpetuate this inequality. So we cannot stop

at criminal justice system. We must begin the work of dismantling the whole system of

oppression wherever we find it.
