everyone welcome back to monday meeting so we today if we have time we are going to get into

the book of acts we're in chapter 19 today right yeah we didn't we didn't quite get all the way

oh you didn't get all the way through 18 last time i wasn't here on last monday meeting but

we'll finish up 18 and get into 19 if we get there.

First of all, I want to start by saying congratulations to all of the members of Troop 12 at the Proving Grounds.

We had a really good time with a bunch of awesome dudes this weekend out at the Proving Grounds,

which is a mission.

We've been running here at 3-7 Project for six years.

We run that mission about twice a year, so there's not a ton of availability for it.

But, man, we had an awesome, awesome group out there, tons of growth.

And you know, it's fun for me always to hear from the team members who have completed the

ROP course and asked them about their experience at the Proving Grounds in comparison to the

Rop course.

And I guess that's fun for me because we've all developed these courses

and we always like to hear the kind of impact that they make and the differences between the two.

But specifically the physical, I'm always interested, was the Rop course harder for you physically

than the Proving Grounds?

And I talked to Fraser specifically about this,

which was one of the students out there who had completed the Rop course.

And by the end of the second day at the Proving Grounds,

I asked him the, no, it was actually the last day after wrap-up.

I asked him which one was more difficult physically.
