but really free speech on campus, free exchange of ideas on college campuses and among young people generally. Now, if you ask me,

I am glad to be far away from college campuses at this point of my life. I'm glad to be there

But what I want to talk about today are some interesting findings regarding toleration

on the part of the rising generation, let's say people of college age and thereabouts.

Because we are inclined to say that we have the most tolerant young people ever.

My goodness, they've got the most open minds, and they are wonderful. They have finally cast aside

all the terrible thoughts of all the reactionary forces of the past, and now they are prepared to move ahead into the future with nothing but goodwill toward everyone.

Well, that's not quite right, actually, according to some recent research, and it's our guest today who's been very much involved in gathering and conducting that research.
