Jamie says, a few years ago, I wanted to make some bone broth with

scraps, bones from a chicken we had recently eaten. I put it all together in the crock pot and was so

excited for the result. Well, I put my strainer in my sink to strain out all the elements and in a

moment of not thinking clearly proceeded to pour my beautiful bone broth entirely

down the sink. As I realized what I was doing, it was too late. Oh, I can so imagine myself

doing exactly. You're just used to like, you hold it out, you strain off the thing. So anyway, that is a good example of learning from someone else's mistakes.
