0:43.2	In part one, I went through the state of North Carolina's evidence against Jason Young,
0:47.7	who was arrested in December 2009 for the murder of his wife, Michelle Young, back in
0:52.9	November 2006.
0:55.5	But prosecutors had quite a hurdle to face a trial and that was Jason's alibi.
1:01.5	According to his defense, he was out of town at a hotel nearly three hours away when the
1:06.6	murder occurred.
1:08.3	And sure enough, surveillance video and credit card receipts certainly placed him there.
1:13.7	But even with a tight timeline, prosecutors alleged that it wasn't only possible, but that
1:19.0	it was probable that Jason was the killer.
1:23.4	According to prosecutors, here's what they say happened on that night.
1:27.9	Jason left the home he shared with Michelle and their two-year-old daughter Cassidy at about
1:32.5	7.30 p.m. on the night of Thursday, November 2nd.
