Oh, Bo, I had a question for you.

Yes, sir.

As a artist, which is your chosen profession, maybe you would say it's your calling,

do you ever have days or seasons where you just want to quit because you don't feel good enough

to actually do the job that you know needs to be done?

It happens more often than you think.

Okay.

And I think the reality of it is that God's blessed me in this career that I have.

It's been a career that I've tried to quit three or four times, and it just keeps coming back around.

So I think that's when I kind of submitted to it, realizing that like, okay, this is the one thing that I am good at, and I might as well stick with it because I believe that God, you know, blessed me with this opportunity to be a photographer or be my own boss, work for myself. But with that said, there's times that it's like it's nice to work for yourself but there's inconsistencies with

you know not knowing how much income you're going to make the next month not knowing which of my art

galleries are going to be able to sell work and produce and so there's not really this necessary

system of like a nine to five or you can kind of just come home and and forget about what happened that day.

It's, uh, it keeps me up at night. There's times where I'm like trying to go to bed at nine, nine, nine, 30. And the second I lay down and hit the pillow, there's now all these ideas floating through my brain of like, oh, I didn't do that today or, oh, that's a good business idea, or this is a good artwork idea and it just kind of it never shuts off and that's another thing that I have to

balance with marriage just kind of, it never shuts off.

And that's another thing that I have to balance with marriage is kind of telling my wife,

like, hey, you kind of chose a man who has this career path that it never really shuts off.

But when I'm home, I need to be meaningful of how I can be intentional with our time together.

And then when I leave, which is very often, you know, hopefully she doesn't feel like she's being abandoned or whatnot when I got to go out and work and produce more content for my business.
