3:48.8 | I'm not. Okay. I think that is it or the answer would be no doc. Okay. Yeah, because mine were caused by my diuretic. I have very mildly elevated blood pressure and they put me on a medicine called cortalidone. |

4:19.8 | And it is you can't ignore it. It's like that sometimes I've been so sleep. I'm like I'm just going to just go back to sleep, but you can't. No, it hurts. Yes. |
4:28.8 | And the only treatment for it at the time is counter stretch. So if it's stretching if in other words, if your calf is contracting and your toes are pointing toward the ground really the only thing you can do is pull on your foot to try to stretch that calf. |
4:47.8 | And the easiest way really to do that is just get out of bed, which sucks because now you're wide awake. And when I started taking magnesium supplements because people always say, oh, it's potassium, eat bananas, eat bananas. |
4:58.8 | Potassium in our bodies is very closely monitored by the body. But not so much so with magnesium. So you can take magnesium supplement just buy it over the counter. You just go to CVS or Dwayne read or wherever and just find a bottle that says magnesium on them. |
5:15.8 | And most of those things will suffice. That's why you're a doctor. And that's why I went into radio because what happens to me, I just tell everybody around me that I'm dehydrated and I just need water. |
