Summary

The Supreme Court almost always fails to deliver the correct opinion in key cases. Almost. They got one right last week when they ruled Biden's CDC cannot extend a moratorium on evictions. This was a softball case, a clear example of unconstitutional federal overreach, but they muffed it up in June making this decision far from certain.
