I feel more like we should be saying, congratulations for surviving.

Congratulations for surviving. Yeah, you too. How are you feeling going into 2023?

I feel fine. You know, the thing about it is, is when we started Wave in 2018, we started

a right into a bare market, so we're used to this. I think, you know, it's like that old David Copperfield

quote, you know, the hardest steel goes through the hottest flame. We were prepared for this when we

started the company and, you know, watching all of the implosions, we, you know, didn't really expect that.

Nor did we expect that we were competitive with a lot of the guys

that exploded. You know, we couldn't compete. Obviously, they were doing lots of things

they shouldn't be doing to get those incredible rates, and we just didn't do any of that. So we feel

optimistic, you know, now we're the last man standing, last rat standing. So, yeah, funny how

that works.

Usually the people that get ahead in life are the ones that are doing things they aren't supposed to do.

But our industry should be better than that, and it will be better than that going
