Last week, it was just an illness issue. And then today, the uploading was a little bit later than normal because of inclemental weather.

The heat keeps on kicking on even though I turned it down very low.

But those are all just things that happen.

And I get really excited about sharing it with you.

So here's where we're at.

I have a couple of pieces for you today before we get into the fun.

The first is a little bit interesting, I think.

It is, without a doubt, a piece that's for just about everybody.

There's not trigger warnings or anything like that.

So what I want you to do, if you can, is get relaxed, is get into it, is feel

comfortable and a little bit sexy, like I'm leaning into this microphone and my voice is getting

a little deeper and it's not an act. I'm excited. I'm excited to share this episode with you

before we get to the questions.
