Oh my goodness gracious did I miss you.

It felt like a lifetime.

I really need to invest in a mini microphone that I can just take all over the place with

me because it was too long.

I missed you guys too much.

That being said, I needed a break so badly and it shows.

I am so rejuvenated.

I'm going to get into it in this episode and tell you all about my trip, all about the

ranch.

But even girl bosses need to rest.

They need to rest.

You need to take breaks.

You really, really, really do no matter where you are in life.

Even if you're hustling towards a goal, even if you're really, really busy, whether it's

an hour to yourself, whether it's a weekend away, whatever you can do, it's so important

to rest.

So, the rest of the culture is toxic and it was so funny because when we were abroad

at Catherine and I, Coco, we're talking about how the difference in Europeans and Americans

in terms of their orientation towards vacation and America is literally shameful to take

a vacation.
