I am your host, and I'm pumped to be here.

This is Thursday.

I'm a day late on the day that I've decided that I'll have my podcast out.

I said that my podcast will be out every Wednesday, but most of the time it's not out on Wednesday.

It's Thursday around 1 p.m. But to be on, if I'm being completely honest, I tried to record this

on Tuesday. I sat down. I got in this chair. I sat down. I put my camera on. I put my podcast

equipment on and I proceeded to talk.

And then I talked for about 20 minutes and about 20 minutes into it.

I had a moment where I kind of blanked out.

And then when I came to, I was like, what am I talking about?

And then I just got up and I said, I'll finish it later.

And now here I am two days later

just starting over completely I don't remember what I was talking about I don't know I know that
