And Jeff, before I fully introduce you, I want to kind of try my own definition of who

you are and what you do and what evolutionary psychology is and why it's important.

So even though I haven't let you talk yet, let me try this and you correct me if I'm

So, you're an evolutionary psychologist, which I understand to mean that many of the

choices we might make, most people think they have to do with, oh, you know, my boss treated

me bad last week or my wife or husband treated me bad last week.

So now I'm acting neurotic or crazy about it and I need help.

So most people think that their decisions are made off of events that happen in the

past week or psychologists might say it might be related to events that happened in your

childhood or in your first relationships or whatever.

But an evolutionary psychologist says that a good chunk of our decisions, particularly

ones relating to sexual or survival decisions and almost every decision is in some way related

to those two things.

And evolutionary psychologists says that these decisions are related to events that happened
