Hello there, it's Ed Gamble and welcome to the Taskmaster podcast. We'll be chatting

about episode 5 of series 10 of Taskmaster on Channel 4. I've been hosting all of them,

I've really enjoyed them so far. This might be my favourite episode of the series. It's a brilliant

one, all of the tasks are very funny. There is a task at the end that made me absolutely scream,

I'll just say watermelon. You should know that already though, because if you're listening to

this podcast, you should have seen the episode already. Go away, go on to all four, watch the episode

there will be chats about what went on during the episode. It's so funny, I mean obviously,

if you're not, you get on watching Taskmaster when it goes out, you want to be there while it's

happening, 9 o'clock Thursdays on Channel 4, but if you don't like swears or bumps, I always say

bumps, there's not been a bump in it yet really. Richard Herring's actually quite early on, we saw

some of his bump, but no full bumps, but if you don't want to see a full bump and you're worried

that there might be one and you've got kids watching or you don't like swearing, watch it on

E4 on Sundays at 6pm, that's the family-friendly version. So I just kind of want to crack into this,

I want to get talking about the episodes, there was some points controversies, some absolutely

brilliant tasks, some underwhelming prize tasks, as per usual. And I special guest this week to talk

us through, all of that is the wonderful James Acaster, James is no stranger to the world of podcasts,

we do one together called Off Menu, he loves Taskmaster, he was on Series 7, he's an extremely

popular contestant and he still watches the show to this day, so he's very across this series
