Why don't you tell me the story, Drift Glass?

It has to do with a local weatherman named Joe Crane, who was an institution and has been doing the weather here since I don't know when, a long, long time. And you run into him everywhere. He jogs in the neighborhood. You run into him at the store. Nice guy, affable guy, typical jovial local weatherman. Everybody loves Joe Crane. He's also a meteorologist,

so he takes his job pretty seriously. And as some of you might know, Sinclair Broadcasting has been

gobbling up local television stations for years. And Sinclair Broadcasting is a far right-wing

propaganda tool that uses your local news to filter crackpot

right wing messages into your local TV news. And they're also like hard asses on when it comes to

corporate policy. Every policy is now set outside and they're just, they have to be. They're just dicks about

every little thing they do, no matter how horrible it is. You've got to tow the line. You can't speak

against them. You can't say a word. It's all very, very corporate. So they have a policy that every

time there's a breeze that ruffles the hair of any citizen in Springfield.

That is a red alert.

It's a code red, blue gal.

Code red is their trademarked thing for the weather, right?
